Meet Your Coach – A Brother Who’s Been There.
Hey brother—if you’re reading this, chances are you’re carrying something heavy. Maybe it’s the weight of a strained marriage, the grip of addiction, the ache of depression or anxiety, or the shame of secret struggles like sexual addiction or unresolved trauma. I’ve walked through that fire myself—and I want you to know: there is hope on the other side. I’m not coming at this from a pedestal—I’m coming from the trenches. I’ve battled the same giants, wrestled through pain I didn’t think I’d survive, and questioned if freedom, joy, or peace were even possible. But through God’s grace, wise counsel, and the brotherhood of Men’s Alliance, I’ve found healing, purpose, and the strength to help other men fight their own battles. Now, I serve as a mental health coach for men like you—men who are done pretending, who are ready to do the work, and who want to become the husbands, fathers, and warriors they were born to be. Areas of focus are:
Addiction and Sexual Addiction – If you’re stuck in a cycle that feels impossible to break, you’re not alone—and you’re not beyond help.
Anxiety and Depression – The darkness lies. You’re not weak. You’re not broken. Let’s walk through it together.
Trauma – You don’t have to keep carrying what happened to you. You can heal and become whole. This isn’t therapy. It’s brotherhood, battle-tested tools, and heart-level transformation. Together, we’ll dig deep, pray hard, and push through. You don’t have to do this alone—not anymore. If you’re ready to stop surviving and start becoming the man God made you to be, let’s get to work.
