Brother, if you're reading this, chances are anxiety is hitting you hard on a regular basis, if not every single day.

I’ve worked with a non-profit that focuses on trauma survivors, in both group and individual support. I’ve coached guys through the debilitating effects of Anxiety; exposing the lies and tricks that Anxiety tries to tell you every single day. (BTW, once you understand that anxiety uses tricks and lies to keep you stuck, isolated, and frustrated, let's just say that in itself can life changing!)

I know what it feels like to be left at the doorstep with two toddlers while your spouse leaves you forever. To stand there and feel completely alone, confused, scared, and abandoned by the person you loved. 

I'm 50 something,and have transitioned in and out of corporate America; additionally living through many life experiences that have been both wonderful, traumatic, and everything in-between.
