There’s no better time of the year to lead your family in a devotion than at Christmas. It’s the time of year when you can get away with tacky sweaters, drinking eggnog from a moose mug, and even caroling!
So, gathering your family together with hot chocolate while you read Luke 2:1-20 probably won’t even feel odd (even to your teenager).
Take five minutes this Christmas to share with your family the good news of God coming to earth and living as a human named Jesus. Explain how it was a rescue mission so that Jesus could take our punishment in our place.
It’s the greatest story ever told and it’s a free gift to all of us because Jesus paid our debt!
