Matt "Duke" Newquist

My passion for personal finance began in my early years managing my humble lawn care business earnings as a pre-teen and continued in my adult life.  At James Madison University (thus call sign “Duke”), I majored in Accounting and Finance with a specialization in financial planning and currently am a CPA tax professional.

Over the years, I have faced various financial management decisions and have had my share of victories and defeats on the finance battlefield. My coaching approach will be personalized to your personal situation and not a textbook “one size fits all” one.  I recognize that men come from various backgrounds and have different personalities. I will meet tribesmen where they are while sharing Biblical truth.   My goal in our coaching session is to first educate and then equip you with tools and an actionable plan so that you can be empowered to achieve victory in the following personal finance areas:
