At 63 years young, I’ve spent 43+ years as a Life Coach and Fitness Expert in health and wellness, built 4 gyms, and helped over 10,000 men and women transform their bodies and lives. I’ve walked the road most coaches only talk about—the good, the bad, the legal, the illegal, the broken, and the redeemed.

I don’t coach from theory.
I coach from survival and victory.

I’ve battled addiction, alcoholism, pornography, idolatry, depression, bipolar mania, and moments where I was actively looking for a way out of this life. I know what it feels like to wake up at war with your own mind. And I learned—by the grace of God—how to win the war, not just survive the battle.

Now I help men do the same.
