I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to sit with you in it, listen beneath the surface, and help you find what God has already deposited in you.

I'm Zack Groff, a Certified Heart Centered Coach based in Lancaster County, PA and a tribesman of Specter. My approach to coaching isn't built on a system you have to perform your way through. It flows from a conviction that lasting transformation starts with identity, not behavior. When a man knows who he is in Christ, the battlefield looks different.

Whether you're fighting anxiety, navigating a struggling marriage, walking through depression, or just feeling like you're losing ground somewhere in your life, I'm not coming at this with a script. I'm coming with presence, discernment, and a willingness to follow where God leads in the conversation.

The most powerful thing I can bring into the room isn't my knowledge or my questions. It's who God is making me to be. My job isn't to manufacture transformation. It's to create space where you can recognize truth, encounter God-breathed purpose, and take a meaningful step forward.

You don't have to have it figured out to show up. You just have to be willing.
