This week David Eubank from the Free Burma Rangers (FBR) joins the podcast to talk about his missionary calling. David talks about doing justice, but we need to avoid revenge. While not easy, we need to instead correct the injustice with love. FBR respond by getting the news out in war torn areas (Burma, Sudan, Kurdistan, Iraq, and Ukraine) and supplying first aid treatment, while sharing and showing the love of Jesus. There are three rules in FBR: You have to do if for love, You can't run if others can not run (don't be a coward), and Be able to read and write. Pro- Life, Pro Choice, what does it all mean and what do we as Christians actually subscribe to? Goose shares a fresh perspective on this topic and maybe another way to phrase how we feel about this topic, as there is always a lot of debate and the opposition likes to try to argue obtuse points to "prove" that we as Christians are in fact, not Pro-Life. The big takeaway here is that Pro-Life and Anti-Abortion are different things. Convicted murderers deserve the death penalty - that is not inherently Pro-Life, and that's why where we stand is Anti-Abortion. These arguments will come up as you are defending the Faith and these are conversations that we need to be prepared for.
