Isaiah "Tank" Baker shares his journey from an incredibly challenging upbringing to joining the Army and finding Jesus. Raised in a financially struggling family, he moved between schools, lacked guidance, and dealt with his father’s absence due to prison. During his troubled teen years, he experimented with drugs and alcohol. In college, on a wrestling scholarship, he faced academic probation and lost his scholarship after his step father’s overdose. Tank coped with grief through heavy drinking and chaotic living, but after years of trying to find purpose after his stepdad's passing, he joined the Army to escape his destructive path. He became a medic, served in Afghanistan, and eventually found faith with his wife in Texas, marking a turning point in their spiritual journey. Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt (FUD) – We all struggle with fear. Whether that’s fear of failure, fear of losing something we hold dear, fear of not starting something, or fear of the unknown. Most fear resides in our head when we doubt ourselves. That allows Satan to open the door wider and whisper more lies to us causing more FUD. FUD will come and go.
