We have to avoid taking verses out of context from the Bible and applying verses to our life if they were written for others. Always continue to learn more about the context of the verses, we do this by talking with other trusted Christians and reading commentaries such as the ones listed below. The big takeaway here is that Pro-Life and Anti-Abortion are different things. Convicted murderers deserve the death penalty - that is not inherently Pro-Life, and that's why where we stand is Anti-Abortion. These arguments will come up as you are defending the Faith and these are conversations that we need to be prepared for.
